My Story of “Fat Pat”

As my boobs grew as a teenager, so did my insecurities. I innocently changed my name and accidentally put my Soul Plan in reverse.

Before finding out about numerology, I ditched my name Pat for Trish in junior high in hopes of escaping cruel name-calling by bullies.

My soul was seriously hiding out with my new nickname. New fears, new challenges, like my soul GPS got a software update it didn’t sign up for.

• To make matters worse, my parents refused to call me Trish for the rest of their lives … talk about identity crisis trying to explain my multiple names when I had friends over.

What’s interesting is that “T” in Trish is the same energy that resonates with my sensitive Indigenous past life.

My Soul Plan got put into reverse, going back to where it considered home. The people-pleaser was in full gear.
