My mom and I couldn\u2019t be more different: she played by the rules, with her even-numbered energy of 22\/4, 2, and 8. Meanwhile, I\u2019m an emotional whirlwind with the free-spirited numbers 3, 5, and 1, constantly coloring way outside the lines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mom has zero of the emotional experience letters (3, 6, 9) in her birth name, and the rest of my family are missing most of this experience too. Growing up, it felt like living with a computerized Stepford family, more focused on appearances than feelings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As an empath, I must\u2019ve seemed like an emotional hot-crying-mess in contrast. I can’t tell you the number of times I heard that’s in your imagination, that’s not real. Thus, reality was a blur. With no one to guide me, I never felt truly seen or heard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Interestingly, when you add up the letters in my last name, they equal 8. The same goes for the letters in my mother’s maiden name\u2014they also add up to an 8. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
